Fiona Brown - HR Manager

Fiona joined Intelligent Office in 2007 from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre where she commenced her HR career 6 years earlier. This role provided the opportunity for Fiona to undertake generalist HR activities as well as revenue-generating consultancy work across Europe.  In her current role Fiona is part of the operational team delivering HR strategy and working closely with managers on all aspects of people and performance management with particular focus on the TUPE transfer process for new employees.  Fiona recently completed an Msc in Human Resource Management.
