Mark Day - Client Services Director

Mark joined the organisation in 2011 having spent the last 11 years managing the operations of a 35 partner law firm. His experience of improving all aspects of business includes developing people in a range of functional areas, contributing analysis and insight on key performance issues, managing teams, setting strategy, practice development (including acquisition), risk management, ISO9001/Lexcel and process improvement in Ltd, PLC and partnership. Before that Mark was Managing Director of the consultancy division of UK plc VEGA. After gaining a degree in economics and philosophy Mark joined the Royal Navy and then gained an MBA from Bradford.
