Maryanne Gordon - Client Services Manager
Maryanne joined Intelligent Office as Business Services Manager in 2010, having spent the previous 13 years working in the financial services industry. During her time at Capita (previously Abbey National Life), Maryanne directly managed a team of 14 people dealing with general servicing enquiries from customers. Maryanne was also responsible for the standardisation of management information across nine teams (approx. 100 staff), including performance & quality monitoring and service level agreements. Maryanne holds a PRINCE2 qualification, to Practitioner level.
