Simon Slater - Managing Director, Intelligent Office Consulting Services

Simon is an adviser to the boards of professional service firms with a background in general management and business development.  He advises on strategy, leadership, M&A, operational efficiency, practice economics, and profit improvement.  Clients he has consulted to range from large international law firms to niche 10-partner practices and from leading engineering consultancies to major real estate companies.  Prior to embarking on his consulting practice in 2004, Simon forged a successful career first of all in consumer brand management with some of the world's most successful multinationals and then, over a 15-year period, in professional service firm management.  He was a board member with Taylor Wessing and Charles Russell respectively, a key member of the leadership team that guided Eversheds through its seven-way merger in the year 2000, and head of marketing at DTZ Group plc as it grew to become a global player.
