Martin Sweet

Martin is a seasoned operator having held senior financial positions with a number of major companies at home and abroad. For the past 17 years Martin has held general management positions in professional service firms and has amassed considerable experience in this sector. He has focused particularly on profit improvement and the efficiency of service delivery across all of the support functions: HR, Training, Marketing, IT, Finance and Facilities. Firstly as a finance director and latterly as director of operations and chief operating officer, he has been a significant contributor to the development and execution of strategic business plans. His track record includes seven years with Eversheds in Leeds / Manchester followed by six years with Burness in Edinburgh / Glasgow.
