Between us, we have a wealth of experience of working with clients large and small to align their business support services with the strategic needs of the practice.

We focus on the needs of external clients and internal clients to identify the services that are essential to meeting the current and future needs of both. In the process we review the talent and skills available, the structure of the practice, the roles and responsibilities, the systems and procedures, and the linkage between management functions.  Our sole purpose is to help you achieve operational excellence by uncovering the service improvements and efficiencies that can be gained through better resource alignment and utilisation.

The principles of "lean management" form an important part of our approach. These are to:

• eliminate waste
• reduce time
• reduce cost

Call it back office optimisation or support service transformation, the result is the same: a more efficient, more relevant, more cost effective service - an operation that is fit for purpose and adds real value.

The areas in which we are most often retained to help are HR, marketing and business development, finance and operations.  We have a wider group of associates with whom we work on specific projects, for example IT, where we do not ourselves possess the expertise.
