"I joined Intelligent Office UK in January 2006 as a Docucentre Team Leader. I was looking for a company that understood the importance of supporting and investing in their people and for a role where I would be challenged and have opportunities to grow and develop. I was immediately welcomed into the company by both my peers and the company management.
The role was much more than I hoped it would be with no two days being the same and lots of opportunities to learn new things. After a short career break to start a family I moved into a different role, providing support, training and ensuring continuity across a number of our client sites. This role offered me new challenges and provided me with further development. When I was ready to return full time, Intelligent Office supported me in this decision, and I have recently been promoted to a Business Services Manager and run my own site.
The most important element of working for Intelligent Office is the sense that we are all part of the same team, from senior management to the most junior position, and everyone's opinion is encouraged and valued. I have always had access to a large network of colleagues who can provide advice, share knowledge and assist me in my role. Not only do I have a great team of colleagues, I have made a number of very good friends."

"I have been working for Intelligent Office UK since 2007. I initially worked at a site in Shrewsbury, where I was a Docucentre Team Leader, but I was also involved with the management of our First Impression and Reference Point services.
"I then took the bold decision to move to London. Intelligent Office was able to find me a role that best suited my development needs and I was made a contract manager, providing a number of our procurement services to a major US firm based in the City. I was the sole Intelligent Office employee working on site at the firm and I built strong relationships with the firm's users, enabling me to develop the solutions I delivered to them.
"When the opportunity arose to take on a more senior role at a new client site, I was encouraged to apply. That encouragement was just what I needed to once again step out of my comfort zone and take on a new challenge. Subsequently I have been working on and developing a new service at the firm. The role is varied, hands on and enables me to further develop my own skills and those of my team. I work within a very dynamic environment and can honestly say I enjoy coming to work in the morning."

"I worked for Vernon & Shakespeare as Office Manager for around 18 years we were a small firm of local solicitors. We were taken over by Clarke Willmott and within a very short time I was introduced to Intelligent Office UK who were to be responsible for the new Birmingham office of Clarke Willmott. I joined with very mixed feelings as to where my future may be going and what my role would be with Intelligent Office. I can now say that it has been a rather large learning curve which I have enjoyed very much. The ongoing support and training has been invaluable to me and I look forward to new opportunities in the future."
