Bevan Brittan enters outsourcing partnership with Intelligent Office UK

Bevan Brittan, the Public Services law firm, has appointed Intelligent Office UK to manage its back office administrative services including; secretarial, document production, print and mail room, records management, front of house and specialist procurement. The decision was reached following a series of meetings, presentations and tours of existing Intelligent Office client sites. The move saw 72 staff transfer to Intelligent Office from the firm on the 1st December 2011.

Commenting on the appointment of Intelligent Office, Bevan Brittan's CEO Andrew Manning said, "The landscape of the legal sector is changing at pace.  If we are to continue to be successful in our field we too must evolve the traditional operating model of a law firm.  Our clients expect exemplary service provided at cost effective rates.  To achieve this we must ensure that each area of our business is operating at optimum efficiency. We believe that in the market place Intelligent Office is best equipped to provide expert input in these key critical support areas of the firm." 

Bevan Brittan's core markets are health, local government, housing, waste, energy and renewables, education, emergency services, public infrastructure, charities and not-for-profit organisations. Their client base reflects this and includes over 30% of all local authorities, 40% of all health trusts and more than 100 private sector organisations.  They have over 300 staff and Partners operating from offices in Bristol, Birmingham and London.
