December 2, 2011

Mundays has appointed Intelligent Office UK to manage its administrative services.  The agreement was reached following the undertaking of a detailed review of support services by Intelligent Office which concluded in September 2011. The move saw ten administrative staff transfer to Intelligent Office from Mundays on the 21st November.

Intelligent Office will provide a diverse range of back office services to the firm including front of house, hospitality, print and mail room, facilities, health & safety, records management and core goods procurement.

Commenting on the appointment of Intelligent Office, Mundays' Managing Partner, Valerie Toon said, "We insist that all our clients receive consistently outstanding legal services and to continue to achieve this we must ensure that our fee earners are free from minutiae and that they receive outstanding support from their support services areas.   Intelligent Office will help us to further improve the overall professionalism of our administrative services more quickly than we would otherwise have been able to do ourselves.  We have also been impressed by their demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement and are confident they will add significant value to the operations of our firm over the coming years."

Mundays has an excellent reputation for providing legal services to both individuals and businesses in London and the south of England.  The firm has a number of highly rated lawyers across each of its core practice groups and is focused on delivering City standards at competitive rates.  The firm employs more than 100 staff who are based at the firm's office in Surrey.

Margaret Lang, Intelligent Office UK Chairman said, "We are delighted to be working with Mundays.  They have a clear vision for the future and their enlightened approach to managing the firm gives us confidence that they will embrace the change positively and will reap maximum benefits from our partnership with them."
